 Breastfeed baby immediately after birth
2.
 Breastfeed every 1.5 - 2 hours with no time restriction at the breast
3.
 No bottles for the first four weeks
   
If having any pain at all, get help from a breastfeeding expert immediately. Keep in mind, anyone who advises you to "supplement" your baby with bottles of formula when you are having breastfeeding problems is NOT a breastfeeding expert.
